Below is Bear (and Chris) performing in front of the students teachers and friends.

On Wednesday, May 7th, 2003 my friend Bear (Bear's an Australian Shepherd...or Aussie for short) and I performed frisbeedog demonstrations at the Dog Day Afternoon celebration at Cedar Grove Elementary School in Toms River, NJ.

Some of the Cedar Grove students had a chance to throw Frisbees for us.  They were pretty good Frisbee tossers!

We had a great time and everyone was very nice to us.  Bear and I had ample opportunity to mingle with the students.   We each received a very nice "Goodie" bag from the PTO and Cedar Grove school and we thank them very much for their kindness!

A special thanks to Joan Beckett and the PTO for arranging this fun day for Bear and me.

Did that ice cream cone look good!  That was as close as I got to
it though.  My Therapy Dog training helped me through this.
